theWord.herder: its kind of a big deal… no… no, its not.

Viva Prosperity!

We have nearly overcome what could probably be called the quickest recession known to man, and yet in its youth it had the inevitable future of being the next Great Depression.

And why are we not celebrating the final action of Bush and further action of Obama to grease the ceased up bank lending industry?  Every economist ive talked to has sighed with incredible relief at what was done — the now multi-trillion dollar bailout to banks and auto industies.

I was never in favor of the auto-industry aid, however, I was humbled by the intricacy of what may be needed to aid the banking industry… and now it is turning out to be exactly what was needed. I am still irked by the auto bailouts and I do believe by the end of this year most of America will also be as standoffish about auto-industry aid as I am.

We finally elected officials that would do the right thing despite ignorant oposition. I just hope, despite the strange need to condemn the current administration despite its progress, that we will continue this forward progress through health care, human rights, and beyond today’s issues into tomorrow’s.
